User Agreement

Site sellbuy.zone (Sell'Buy) - advertising platform, Internet portal for industry and agriculture (hereinafter Portal).

User is a subject who uses the Portal, uses the information and services provided by the Portal, and posts any information on the Portal.

1. Subject of the User Agreement

Portal offers the User its services on the terms that are the subject of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "UA").
The UA is a legally binding agreement between the User and Portal and governs the User's use of the sellbuy.zone resource.

2. Rights and obligations of the Portal

The Portal has the right to fill the resource with information obtained from open sources. The Portal uses this information to make the services useful and convenient for the User.
The Portal has the right to charge fees for the services provided, which is regulated by separate agreements.
The Portal reserves the exclusive right, without prior notice, as well as without any obligations to the User, to change or terminate the operation of this resource or the services provided on it and to delete (temporarily or permanently) the data provided by the User, as well as change the conditions and cost of provision services.
The Portal is not responsible for the impossibility of storing, inaccuracy, incorrect or untimely provision of any data and information.
All Portal software products are protected by intellectual property laws and relevant international legislation.
The information provided to the User in the process of using the resource is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents and relevant laws.
The portal is exempt from guarantees, because deals with materials and information created by third parties. The User uses the Portal at his own peril and risk. Information and services are provided "as is". The Portal does not assume any responsibility, including for the compliance of information and services with the user’s purpose.
The Portal is not responsible for the consequences of using information for trade, credit and other business transactions.
The Portal does not guarantee that: all errors in the programs will be corrected; information and services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; the results that may be obtained from the use of the information and services will be accurate and reliable; the quality of any product, service, information, etc., obtained using the Portal will meet the expectations and requirements of the User.
The Portal does not use hidden or malicious code.
The Portal is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to the User's computer and User data as a result of using the Portal.
The Portal is not responsible for the accuracy of advertising information, the quality of advertised goods, works and services. The User (advertiser) is responsible for the accuracy of advertising information, the quality of advertised goods, works and services.
The Portal is not responsible for direct or indirect losses, as well as any damage resulting from the use or inability to use sellbuy.zone; unauthorized access to the User's communications; actions of any third party in relation to the User.
The Portal may, but is not obligated to, view, change or delete information posted by the User.
The information received on the Portal can be used by the Portal at its own discretion, taking into account the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The Portal has the right to carry out newsletters to Users, which may contain advertising materials.

3. Rights and obligations of the User

The user has the right to use the Portal within the framework of this UA.
The User undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date on the Portal.
The User is responsible for all information (data, text, photographs, videos, graphics, messages and other materials) posted or transmitted by him on the Portal.
The User undertakes not to use the Portal for:
- posting, sending, transmitting or in any other way publishing materials that are illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive to morals, libelous, infringing, promoting hatred and/or discrimination against people;
- impersonation of another person or representative of an organization or community without sufficient rights, as well as misrepresentation regarding the properties and characteristics of any subjects or objects;
- posting, sending, transmitting or in any other way publishing materials that the User does not have the right to make available by law or under any contractual relationship;
- posting, sending, transmitting or any other method of publishing materials that affect any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights and/or copyright and related rights of a third party;
- intentional violation of legislation and international law.
If the User is provided with a personal password for access to protected sections of the Portal, the User is responsible for the safety of his password, as well as for everything that will be done on the resource sellbuy.zone under his password.
The User undertakes not to distribute information or programs of the Portal, in whole or in part, without the written permission of the Portal. Distribution of information or programs of the Portal, in whole or in part, without the written permission of the Portal is a violation of copyright sellbuy.zone.
The user consents to the processing and distribution of his personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Portal.

4. Terms of validity, changes and entry into force of the User Agreement

By using the Portal, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement Agreement.
The UA is considered to have come into force by default from the moment the User begins using the resource sellbuy.zone.
The UA may be changed by the Portal without special notice; the new edition of the UA comes into force from the moment it is posted
Due to the gratuitous nature of the UA, the rules on the protection of consumer rights are not applicable to it.
Nothing in the UA can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Portal of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations.
In case of disagreement with this UA, use of the Portal must be terminated by the User.
